Noticed a rather purple vein that's quite noticeable in my scrotum as i showered tonight. No pain or numbness, but is a vein like that normal?

I m suffering from numbness in my scrotum, swear numbness in penis ,testicals and buttecks. This starts from December 3,when I have my vericocelectomy.

Randomly felt numb penis shaft and scrotum also have low libido. Urine/MRI came back normal. I'm 19, healthy, have eczema and been on steroid cream?

The fact that the urine and MRI are normal are good sings, it may be more a topical issue form a dermatitis that could be affecting superficial nerves. Unusual: 0.5% Hydrocortisone is really too weak since even 1% is usually not potent enough. If the problem is persistent, you need to stop using it or perhaps try switching to an ointment.
