Scrotum Fluid Build Up
Sometimes my scrotum is big and I can feel vines from the left side. Some times it shrinks almost normal, sometimes I feel fluid inside.
To consider..: Sounds like it could be a varicocele, which is caused by dilation of some of the veins that flow to the testicles. Left varicoceles are more common, as you report. They tend to be more noticeable when standing and are less noticeable when laying down. Is this true for you? Probable hydrocele: Sounds like a hydrocele which is a "bag" of fluid around the testicle. This is best corrected by hydrocelectomy. This is a simple outpatient scrotal operation. Unless it is a hernia, in which case you need a groin operation for hernia repair.
