Hello :) im experiencing cramps in my pelvis especially at the right part. When I stand it becomes more painful. Thank you :)?

See Gyn>sonogram: Generally, cramps in the right side of the pelvis becoming more painful on standing may be due to a number of causes. One cause could be a large ovarian cyst, which can be quite heavy> would tug on adjacent structures as you stand. For proper diagnosis and treatment you should consult with your gynecologist who will examen you and order an ultrasound. I know you are worried but UN- likely to be cancer

Sacroiliac joint: 20's with right pelvic premenstrual pain likely has sacroiliac joint, SIJ, subluxation/ligamentous stretch due to hormone Relaxin, which is secreted at this time in the menstrual cycle; evoking pelvic ligament laxity. Weight loss, yoga, and SIJ belt might be therapeutic. A negative pelvic ultrasound might help to solve the differential diagnosis.

Could have: Popped an ovarian cyst during ovulation and had some pooling. It can cause a lot of pain as you describe and it takes a while for the body to absorb this blood. Ibuprofen and warm baths help.

Many possibilities: If the menses were normal and the pain moderate or less, this is not likely serious --but the likely cause may be intestinal (especially if left sided), ovarian (? Ovulation) or muscular-or other. Acetaminophen and time may solve your problem.

What in pelvis can cramp besides uterus?

What in pelvis can cramp besides uterus?

Bowel: Various bowel problems can cause lower abdominal cramping and should be evaluated by your dr. Ovarian cysts can cause cramping in the genital tract if they bleed, leak, or intermittantly twist. Finally, endometriosis can also cause pain and cramping. All should be evaluated by your dr.

Bladder: First guess is a uti, it's common and can present as low abdominal discomfort. Can be constipation, if so try MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) but first guess would be bladder. Doesn't mean it couldn't be something more significant.

Several posibilities: But rather than making lists of improbable diagnoses you need to be seen and examined and possibly undergo some imaging studies. This can be quite complicated and start off with your pcp and go from there. Hope this clears up quickly. Sounds quite uncomfortable.

Dull pain in pelvis, on either side, similar to cramps. Not on period or near time for it to start. Happening for about a week. No pressure pain.

Gynecologist: There may be a pelvic inflammatory process or severe pelvic congestion present. In view of the persistence of your symptoms, I recommend that a gynecologist examine you for diagnosis and treatment. Any appropriate tests will be ordered.

Ask: Your obstetrician who did your surgery and would have looked at your pelvic organs may know. An US may help by looking at your uterus and ovaries. All the best.

Is it possible that you can go into early labor with little or no pain? I've been having cramp like pains in my pelvis and lower back. What should I do

Is it possible that you can go into early labor with little or no pain? I've been having cramp like pains in my pelvis and lower back. What should I do

Possibly: Early labor may not be too painful, but often neither are braxton-hicks contractions (so I'm told). You should discuss this with your OB (can start w/phone call), might want you checked more formally, or might be able to identify by experience.

Sharp pinching cramps on one side by pelvis bone. Week past ovulation and not close to period yet?

Sharp pinching cramps on one side by pelvis bone. Week past ovulation and not close to period yet?

Bladder infection: Remember, if a female gets pregnant, her body does not know it till about fourteen days later. The fertilized egg has to get to and through the fallopian tubes, enter the uterus, land on a wall and then attach and begin to grow. It takes some significant growth before it is sharing the HCG hormone in levels high enough for the mother's blood to pick it up and carry it away from the uterus.
