ANy of above: The "bump" could be any of the things you mention, or other things as well. Without looking at the area and getting more history (like what STD may you have been exposed to - something like herpes that gives skin lesions...), then it is really impossible to diagnose. Keep area clean, dry, wear boxers to avoid undue irritation to area, and if not improving or becomes painful, see doc for treatment. ...Read more

I have a smalll patch of pimple like bumps beside my scrotum. The bumps them selves are small painless. Is it just some ingrown hairs or what?

Possibly herpes: This may be ingrown hairs, pseudofolliculitis or folliculitis (infection of follicles). You will need to see a doctor to get topical or oral antibiotics. Marine Fish Oil: Check w/your doc to make sure you don't have a fungus, which he/she can easily treat. If you have dry skin there you may have it on hand, feet, face, or other parts, especially in winter. 3 tblsp. Of olive oil daily can lubricate from the inside. You can also use 3 tblsp. Coconut oil. Most likely,...: ..., these little non-itchy bumps are the hyperactive sebaceous glands of hair follicles, which require no active care. So, just watch and see if they may change and evolve in shape and size over time. If stable, leave them alone. Remember: Shaving may induce inverted hair growth or ingrown hair or razor bumps.
