OK: Have your Dr. be aware of your LLQ discomfort, which sound like it may be more intestinal anyway, than anything to do with your scrotum, especially since you had an US of that area. have the exam concentrate more on the LLQ Abdominal area. Hard to say: Redness in that sensitive skin suggests a contact with an irritating agent, such as a wipe that triggered the change. Without seeing the area it is hard to say what this may be.
