Kicked in the knee by horse. Frayed meniscus after arthrogram in rigid splint on crutches will this require surgery. Also clicks and locks?

If your knee still hurts with clicks and locks after the bruising and soft tissue swelling is gone, then you should have an evaluation by a Specialist, who will probably order an MRI study. Then, based on the entire evaluation, you may or may not need surgery. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

You should protect the wound from further injury, debris, dirt, and water, etc. The wound should be dry (biologically sealed) - not draining blood or fluid.
