I'm taking meloxicam ones daily for severe scoliosis shoulder blade back pain. Is it okey?? Cant live without it. What should I do?
@Ur age no more gro-: -wth so a curve should not increase, assuming U have been followed by a spine surgeon when U were young. If not get in 2 C 1. If U have not been followed U have no way 2 determine treatment. Severe should have been braced, & above a certain degree of curve surgery is next. Stretch-grab a door frame lean back and then rotate toward your arm so that you put a stretch on the area and hold for 10 plus seconds. Do this several times a day. Apply heat. Bruxism possible: Do you clinch your teeth at night? This is called sleep related bruxism. You may be tensing your whole back at night in the process.
