6 months on 30mg adderal small hives on face appeared 2 days ago spreading although very small should I b concerned? Have cold hands/feet

Unrelated: It would be unlikely to become allergic to Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) after having taken it regularly for 6 months. Try some antihistamine to see if it controls your hives. If the hives persist >8 weeks, consult an allergist. I am more concerned about your cold hands and feet (if newly developed) plus mouth ulcers. If these are persistent issues, see a rheumatologist as well. ...Read more

Can telangiectasia be also a symptoms of lupus not just scleroderma? I have 3 tiny red dots on the back of my hand scared of sclero- I have lupus. I am very pale so maybe its not even telangiectasia?

Highly unlikely.: The amount of telangiectasias in connective tissue disease such as scleroderma is usually significant and is located on more than just a dorsal hand. The fact that you have 3 small dots (which may or may not be telang) indicate this is a highly unlikely possibility. Continue to follow with your rheumatologist at your regular visits. ...Read more

Neuropathy: It is possible. However blotchy prickly hands or feet with hot sensation are not specific findings of a particular disease.
