6 months on 30mg adderal small hives on face appeared 2 days ago spreading although very small should I b concerned? Have cold hands/feet
Unrelated: It would be unlikely to become allergic to Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) after having taken it regularly for 6 months. Try some antihistamine to see if it controls your hives. If the hives persist >8 weeks, consult an allergist. I am more concerned about your cold hands and feet (if newly developed) plus mouth ulcers. If these are persistent issues, see a rheumatologist as well.
What causes swelling of hands and feet, red flushed face that's hot to the touch and headache. Been this way for 8 hours now and im feeling very bad.
Very unusual: I would make sure to check your blood pressure first. It sounds as if you are having some vascular like symptoms that are difficult to attribute to any one source without additional information.

Can telangiectasia be also a symptoms of lupus not just scleroderma? I have 3 tiny red dots on the back of my hand scared of sclero- I have lupus. I am very pale so maybe its not even telangiectasia?
Highly unlikely.: The amount of telangiectasias in connective tissue disease such as scleroderma is usually significant and is located on more than just a dorsal hand. The fact that you have 3 small dots (which may or may not be telang) indicate this is a highly unlikely possibility. Continue to follow with your rheumatologist at your regular visits.See 1 more doctor answer

Can lupus cause palms of hands and feet to get real red/blushed, sometimes blotchy and sometimes they feel "prickily" when they are red/hot.
Neuropathy: It is possible. However blotchy prickly hands or feet with hot sensation are not specific findings of a particular disease. Other conditions like raynaud phenomenon or autonomic nervous system dysfunction or neuropathy can cause this presentation. Consider checking your sugar and vitamin B12 levels. Please check with your physicians for proper diagnosis and treatment. I hope you feel well soon.See 2 more doctor answers
