I regularly eat a brand of low carb wrap with 26 grams of fiber. Is fiber in a processed product like this as beneficial as naturally occurring fiber?
Is teff ok for someone on low carb diet.what else should I avoid beside white flour product and potatoes.

Unsafe, unwise: I believe most extreme diets are unhealthy and unwise and this is a good example. I advise limiting protein to about 70 grams a day. Higher amounts puts stress on the kidneys, can cause osteoporosis and may reduce longevity- esp. if the main source is animal protein.
