Could be: School avoidance or school phobia is not uncommon. Taking to the child can give some clues as to what ma be causing ot or sometimes a professional counselor or psychologist can help figure it out. Unless there is some harm happening at the school what is important is to get the child gonig back to school as soon as possible as it tends to get worse the longer it goes on.
