I recommend you seek prompt medical attention. This can also be other illnesses. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

It is easily treated with antibiotics, but if let untreated it can induce an immune reaction that can lead to Rheumatic Fever and Gloerulonephritis. It is easily diagnosed with a swab in minutes and treated with antibiotics so these diseases are rare now. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
The germ: Some group A strep germs carry an extra piece of genetic code that triggers a toxin that can cause the rash. If someone has a strep infection in their throat it usually shows up within 12 hrs of the first fever. If the infection is treated very early, it may not show up at all. A strep germ without the extra gene will not trigger the rash. Scarlet fever is an old term used back before penicillin. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Symptoms: First 99 is not a fever. Over 100.5 then you have a fever. A WBC up to 15, 000 is normal in pregnant women. Immodium should help the diarrhea and cramps and cepacol or chloroseptic with tylenol (acetaminophen) for the throat. Sounds like a viral infection that is not influenza or strep throat (bacterial infection). Most OB's have a list of safe meds. Ask for it, it likely is similar to what I suggest. ...Read more
