Leg pain d dimer negative at 178 cut off 250 but previous d dimer two weeks ago was 73 scared of dvt?
D-DIMER not specific: D-dimer is significant when it is negative since it excludes clot formation. A positive d-dimer, however, is not diagnostic of a clot since it can be positive for other reasons. In a low risk patient with a negative d-dimer, the chances of a DVT are very low. ...Read more
Pinch feeling in same spot of inner thigh. I've had ultrasounds but still scared of dvt. What could this be.
Doubt dvt: What you have described is unlikely a dvt. The "inner thigh" is a big region but in my view any leg pain should lead one's doc to rule out a 'pinched' or irritated nerve. You did not mention back pain but we have all seen nerve root compression with little or no back symptoms. This said, you are very young to have this as a problem but I would still rtulle it out. ...Read more

It is likely that: The pain you are experiencing is from nerve compression in your back or hip. My legs feels swollen but does not look like it, feel heat and tightness and hurt at times. On femodette right now scared might be dvt.
No: The hallmark of DVT is asymmetric (unilateral) swelling: one leg, not the other. A tape measurement of both legs at the same distance from the ankle is the best way to determine this as appearance can be misleading. Your description is not consistent with DVT. ...Read more
Very mild pain and occ. Mild spasms in calf. No pain walking, standing, or laying. Dvt? Scared and have no insurance.
DVT/calf pain: The way to prove or disprove DVT of the leg would be a venous duplex ultrasound. This test carries a very high success rate of showing DVT between the groin and lower calf. If this is too expensive a test then you may want to try a d-dimer blood test which, if negative, is a strong support for no dvt. ...Read more
No DVT found on U/S — Dr advised stopping Xarelto 30mg which I'd been taking until results came in. Scared to stop now, because of things I've heard. Is it safe? Should I worry? Little anxious here.
Treatment advice: It's not possible to give you specific advice without a full review of your medical record and examination. If no other risk factors, and the only reason for Xarelto is possible DVT, then if the leg is not swollen and the ultrasound was of good quality and negative, then there would be no reason to continue Xarlelto. This is a decision for you and your doctor to make! ...Read more

Possible: The symptoms you describe could be due to any number of issues... Possiblity: Sluggish blood flow can be caused by your pregnancy as well. Your uterus pushes against your inferior vena cava which is the main blood vessel that drains blood to the heart.
