I just had surgery on the removal of a ovarian cyst and he found a lot of scar tissue and cleaned that up. Why am I still in so much pain?

No: The ovary is outside the uterus so when the cyst pops, the blood and debris go into your belly. The blood irritates the abdomen cavity which causes the pain. Had cystectomy in july and keep getting cysts. Is it normal to have blood and tissue like substance coming out after a ruptured ovarian cyst?
More info needed: If you mean blood and tissue coming from the vagina, no that is not normal, and needs prompt evaluation. If you mean blood and tissue coming out of your incisions, that is also not normal, and needs emergent evaluation.
