FLAKY NASOLABIALS: This may be seborrheic dermatitis. With no photo i cannot be sure. Shampoo your scalp (yes, scalp) daily with a tar shampoo. Use an o-t-c Hydrocortisone cream daily for a couple of weeks (only). Find out which foods may be causing it; then eliminate them. Cut out stress. If no better, see a dermatologist. Likely: A fungal infection, try lotrimin (clotrimazole) or another fungal cream, if it hurts may have superimposed bacterial infection and need antibiotics. My guess is that daily application of lotrimin (clotrimazole) for 4 weeks will do the trick. It will stop the growth as your skin grows it out, not immediate. ...Read more

Several things..: If this is something new or sort of reccuring in warmer/summer months and fade over winter, occuring on chest/back etc..Likely tinea versicolor (fungus). Can be eassily treated, but reucurrence is common.
