Hard to tell: Difficult to diagnose rashes without seeing them. If the rash is not red, crusty or with pus, most likely fungal or eczema. You can put it in hot cereal in the morning and even cook and bake with it. It heats up easily so be careful when cooking with it. Sounds like Eczema: Could be eczema which can get worse over time. Avoid long hot showers and harsh and drying cleansers. Apply fragrance-free moisturizer like Vanicream. Use at least twice a day.
