For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Salicylic acid: If the wart is small and not on face, i generally recommend doing the following every other day for 2 wks: soaking wart with warm water, gently thin out the wart with an emory board, apply liquid 17% salicylic acid, cover with 40% salicylic acid tape, then apply duct tape (or surgical tape) over it to occlude.
