There : There is an over the counter treatment called elimite (permethrin). I believe it is inexpensive. Also remember to wash your sheets/bedding in very hot water, and all affected family member's need to be treated. If the treatments do not work go to the free clinic for an evaluation. Bumps on forearms: There are multiple things this could be, and it's impossible to say without actually seeing them. BUT, it sounds a lot like a condition called keratosis pilaris. It comes and goes, not itchy or painful, present on the arms, etc. Again, it would be helpful to see it. You might want to look it up on Google and see some photos for comparison.
