Body H20 weight yes;: if loosing water faster than drinking liquids, just as water portion of weight is always the most rapidly changed, short term & still stay alive, because body is maximum ~62% H2O down to lower 50% (H2O still the majority) with ?ing body fat storage. No help: Sauna will not help in weight loss. You need to reduce caloric intake and increase physical activity. Not easy to do. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine. ...Read more
