Working out not enuf: Working out is good and you're wise to do it, but let's face it. It isn't sufficient to produce weight loss. Why? Depends.......: Depends on the trainer, the facility and the part of the country in which you live. I have seen training as low as $20 per hour and as high as $300 per hour - and i'm sure the range is even larger than that. The key is to get what you need and don't spend more than you can afford.
