Itching: You could use Hydrocortisone cream. Could also use Lidocaine gel used for sunburns. Diphenhydramine gel or spray may help. Some people soak in aveeno bath or warm water with baking soda. Could take pills for itching, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or zyrtec. ...Read more

Evaluation is key: You have a fairly uncommon condition given the location of the problem. I would suggest seeing a specialist in allergy/patch testing. You may need to be on antihistamines and leukotriene inhibitors (singulair), you may also need a topical steroid. I do not think that sarna is going to be the answer to all these issues.
