100%: Both are 100% effective if used properly: make sure all areas are wiped (e.g., back and front of hands, fingertips, under the nails, etc) and keep rubbing until the alcohol or moisture from the wipes has dried. Why am i so paranoid about germs? Wherever i go i take massive bottles of hand sanitizer, hand wipes and plastic bags to put the wipes in.

How to clean up Urine spill properly?
It's a tiny puddle size, but how do I clean? Just with dry paper? Wet wipes? Sanitizer? Rubbing Alcohol?
I know this is the weirdest question ever but... Can someone use hand sanitizer with 70% ethyl alcohol to wipe themselves with after a bowel movement ?
