Reply: Overuse of any medicine is not beneficial and can be rather harmful. Fever is a physiologic response of the immune system to the offending agents it could be viral, bacterial or anything. Knowing the fever by checking with a thermometer and doing supportive measures like more fluid intake, tap water sponging for high fever can help instead to giving med back to back. ...Read more
