I m21 weeks pregnant. In my tiffa scan report fetal brain is slightly prominent lateral ventricales measuring8mm in diameter. Is it serious problem??

I don't know: I'm not sure what determines that in India. Tiffa scans are known as Ultrasounds in the states and are very safe in pregnancy or at any time since there is no radiation exposure. No: The normal length of a kidney in a 20 wk fetus should be 2.1 cm (21 mm). I trust the other kidney was more normal in size? 20 weeks is good: Time for a routine ultrasound for dating of the gestation and a survey of the anatomy of the fetus.
