I would also say that exercise at that calorie level would need to be temporarily halved or stopped, depending on what you are doing and how intense the workout is. What pill?: I'm not sure what type of pill you mean- one that claims to stimulate the thyroid? That's ok but you prob. Need more levothyroxine ;/or to add t3 (liothyronine). 50 mcg is a small dose.
