Apologies for this question, is the regularity of bowel moments dependent of whether you eat enough food. If you don't eat much and go 2 weeks is ok?

Apologies for this question, is the regularity of bowel moments dependent of whether you eat enough food. If you don't eat much and go 2 weeks is ok?

Absolutely, because: food not absorbed combined with molecules body is eliminating is what makes up fecal material, as modified by all the microbiome living within this material & resulting in feces being about 50% bacteria, by volume or wt. When eating less, body tends to eliminate less & we tend to move less. However many additional variables & 2 weeks between evacuating is c/w constipation & promoting problems. ...Read more

Have CNS disorder.Missed work 1x/month x4 months.Md adjusting meds. Two coworkers seem mad the day i return after being out for 1 day despite apologies?

Difficult situation: Apparently, all your coworkers see is you not being there to manage workload which then falls on them. They react as they do. I don't know whether your CNS disorder and its needs for medical attention are common knowledge at work? If not, they don't know "why" you miss some days. Do you cover for them in return -- or offer thanks for their help at work while you take care of your medical needs? ...Read more

Would pressure, applied by hand, be able to change skull shape, if applied hard? Apologies, i've asked before but am seeking more answers.

Forget it: To change the shape of a 22 year old's skull would require breaking it which would take quite a bit of pressure and likely result in your death or serious disability. Why do you want to change your skull's shape. Chances are the shape of your head does not affect your appearance the way you think it does. Almost any 22 year old looks good if they believe they do and concentrate on staying healthy. ...Read more

Urgent: accidental double dose of adderall, what should she do? Could she use a soma? Apologies ahead of time for lack of info. Will update as needed..

My sister in law is on Adderall for add (i think). She is currently sitting down on the floor doing de

No, don't take Soma (carisoprodol).: By now, this problem has been resolved, but for the sake of other readers, you should not take something like Soma to try to offset the stimulation of extra adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). The double dose of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) probably will "feel" like too much>> maybe increased heart rate, possibly transient increase in blood pressure - but not to dangerous levels. Let the body metabolize the adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Don't complicate things. ...Read more
