Dr. Bennet werner! ty. New years i drank 2 resbulls, alc and tookconcerta. Upper chess pressure and sob /palpitations still. Hrt monitor tom. Ekg gud?
Let's see: Let's see what your holter shows - surely the ny's celebration was contributory at the time but not now. It may have made you more aware of ordinary irregularity though. Normal folks have palpitations sometimes. A full workup should include a blood sample for thyroid fct, potassium, magnesium, and an echo in addition to the holter. Many people have some palps with no heart disease (which is good). ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Typical: Some patients are particularly sensitive to different parameters, such as temperature, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. This is an example of how if you have a derangement of one of them enough, it causes major problems. Worry abt ret placenta13 wk pp.Passed yellow mucus/clumps of tissue.nauseous.Low milk supply. No fever/odor.Dr said no worries unless fever/odor. True?
Yes true: Retained placenta usually causes persistant cramping and bleeding and wouldn't affect your milk supply. However, if you can save some of the tissue in a clean zip lock, your gyn can send it to pathology to confirm what it is. This might just be membranous endometrium. In addition check a pregnancy test as this could be a new pregnancy. Breast feeding isn't protecting you anymore. ...Read more

Go to ER: Symptoms such as these can be cased by many things, running the gamut between panic attacks to arrhythmia/cardiac pathology. At your age coronary causes are unlikely, but in addition to an ecg. An in-depth history and physical exam might be helpful. A normal ECG does not exclude an intermittent arrhythmia or cardiomyopathy. Orthostasis/vagal reflexes could be assessed . Dear doctor,I having a uneasy feeling...shortness of breathing..anxiety n fear...unableto sleepn concentrate..my hands n feets gets numb have zing se?
Pain/gnawing in stomach/bloating/no appetite -30lb lost/fatique/ endo cysts remvd aug 12' and jan 13'. Antacids/zantac barely working now? Ideas?
It depends.: Since i don't know how old your son is, a specific answer will be difficult. If he is old enough to be eating solid foods and has reduced nursing, you should do nothing. If you are pregnant again, your milk production may stop. If you are undernourished and dehydrated, or stressed your milk production will suffer. So consider these things and correct if your baby still needs to be nursed. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

More tests needed: Hello, these type of symptoms could be related to an over active thyroid (hyperthyroidism) or can also be seen in women approaching menopause. Both of these can easily be checked with blood tests ( thyroid-TSH/FT4, menopause transition-FSH). Adrenal disorders can also cause similar symptoms but are less likely. More information would be helpful to direct a work up. ...Read more
