It should be taken with Folate, B12 and B6 to avoid elevations of serum homocysteine. It is best taken in the morning on an empty stomach to avoid insomnia. It is not regulated by the FDA. All meds have some: No known interactions between buspar, (buspirone) Propranolol and synthroid. There are cautions for known sensitivity to that drug class, recent use of MAO inhibitors (a type of antidepressant) or use in the setting of kidney or liver problems. Probably not: Melatonin is a hormone that is naturally found in your brain which we believe helps us regulate our sleep cycle. It is not known what happens if a person takes it in a supplement form for long periods of time (even just weeks or months) so most doctors like myself do not recommend it. Please realize that these are percentages based only on the total number of drug reactions reported to the fda. Not reported: But piracetam is reported to increase the effects of amphetamines, and bupropion is actually a close amphetamine cousin and is chemically similar. You should not take medications your doctor doesn't know about. This drug isn't approved in us, so i can't find it on my usual interaction checkers. Interactions Meds: Hi Xcabrera, I tried to check interactions for you however in US Cipralex is Lexapro or generic escitralopram. An antidepressant medication.
