Reasonable but...: Sounds good overall but advise more protein at breakfast- add walnuts/pecans to oatmeal or have organic eggs sometimes. Too many calories: If you are not losing weight, then you are still eating enough to satisfy the body's energy needs. Every person's metabolism is unique. No: Not all chicken is infected. Buying chicken from large chicken suppliers may be riskier than buying organic, free-range chicken from smaller farms, but it's no guarantee. It can be: Eating too much of anything can be a bad thing. As an extreme people have died from water poisoning from drinking too much water. If you eat so much salmon that you are excluding other important nutrients and foods in your diet than it may be too much. If you are healthy and fit and have a balanced diet it may be ok.
