Is oatmeal/fruit-breakfast, chickenbreast sandwich/veggies on whole wheat-lunch, and salmon/chicken and veggies sweet potatoe-dinner a good plan?
Reasonable but...: Sounds good overall but advise more protein at breakfast- add walnuts/pecans to oatmeal or have organic eggs sometimes. Too many calories: If you are not losing weight, then you are still eating enough to satisfy the body's energy needs. Every person's metabolism is unique. I dnt overcook bt I don't use oil when cooking chicken n there's burnt substance under chicken on tray but chicken not burnt. This still carcinogenic?
