See dermatologist: I suspect you have some type of chronic hereditary skin condition, something like histiocytoiss x, just to name one. I would urge you to see a dermatologist, perhaps even a pediatric one despite your age, and discuss skin biopsy with them to see if condition can be identified once and for all. Blood in Sputum: May be hard to find source, as bleeding is not constant. Three sources: upper airway, lower airway, and digestive. A complete upper airway endoscopy can be performed by an ENT to look for upper sources. But, it may be "normal" between episodes. My routine: chest x-ray, upper airway endoscopy, and depending upon risk factors, esophagogastroduodenoscopy (look into esophagus and stomach). See an ent. ...Read more

Epilepsy????: If you mean burning after eating, that could be GERD. WHOSE suspicion epilepsy? Yours? Your doctor's? A neurologist's? Epilepsy is not a diagnosis to be taken lightly. It usually requires lifelong drug therapy. Advice re tests: Do NOT saddle yourself with "epilepsy" without a thorough eval by a neurologist. There is NO SUBSTITUTE for that.
