Yes, but.....: Your lower lip will change. However, this is a goal that can be managed by your orthodontist. If your lower teeth already "go inward" then to correct your problem the orthodontist can push the teeth forward to support your lip. I can move all facial muscles, but when i smile one side either doesn't smile as much or one side smiles too much. My cheek puffs up more on one side.

We're all a bit off: But your family doc, or a referral to a neurologist, can tell you if what you mention is a treatable situation.
