Diuretics and edema: You probably need to be on a stronger diuretic. If you are taking hctz, it probably has no effect. Ask your doctor about using Lasix (l), if you are on l, have a neprholgoist (n) sned some blood to lab and check your 24 hour urine to see what your kidney function is and if you have proteinuria.
