Yes: If you are comfortable doing this it should not be an issue for your partner as long as the condom remains intact. Unlikely: I would avoid, if he has trich he might have something else too. Although sometimes men don't have symptoms of sexually transmitted infections, it seems unlikely that 2 years would go by without symptoms. ...Read more
