It is known to cause enamel hypoplasia and bone anomalies in the fetus, therefore not a good idea in pregnancy. It is reversible, but i still never prescribe both Accutane and Minocycline (solodyn is a version of minocycline) together. Not sure: If you are asking about solodyn and oxymetazoline which is a nasal decongenstant then yes you can take those together as there no interactions. I do not know what medication you are referring to when you say metrozoline. I am not aware of any such named medication. Not sure fi you meant metronidazole?
