I think so: I don't think there is a drug interraction, duromine is a weight loss drug. It should not affect the methotrexate; it has likely done its job. That being said make sure the bhcg is going down and consider giving it a few more days out of precaution for the unknown, or use 1/2. By 5 days after a Methotrexate injection so people notice an increase in pain.
