Don't take them!: There's no interaction between cephalexin (Keflex) and hydrocodone with acetaminophen (Norco), but you definitely shouldn't take them. Sore throats are almost always due to viruses, which cephalexin won't help at all; it would just make it harder for your doctor ro diagnose you. And a narcotic is giant overkill for a "developing" sore throat. Plain acetaminophen (e.g. Tylenol etc) is enough. ...Read more
