Don't take them!: There's no interaction between cephalexin (Keflex) and hydrocodone with acetaminophen (Norco), but you definitely shouldn't take them. Sore throats are almost always due to viruses, which cephalexin won't help at all; it would just make it harder for your doctor ro diagnose you. And a narcotic is giant overkill for a "developing" sore throat. Plain acetaminophen (e.g. Tylenol etc) is enough. ...Read more

Keep trying: Sounds as if your doctor is trying the right approach to get a successful symptomatic result. Unfortunately for you, there is no cure for painful small-fiber peripheral neuropathy which is why your feet will continue feeling sore and stiff. ...Read more
