Nizoral is an antifungal medication. It decreases normal body fungal organism that reside on the skin.
Acne is due to body changes in hormones. It creates an oily skin. By utilizing a drying medication side effect of Nizoral it has helped the acne.

To stop dandruff: Dandruff will keep coming back. To clear it up, use a shampoo containing selenium sulfide at least twice weekly until it clears; then once weekly to prevent dancruff from recurring. If this otc solution doen't work, there are shampoos containing anti-fungal agents available by prescription, that are used the same way. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually.
