Been using the dandruff shampoo Nizoral as a body wash for about a year now with great success for body acne -- as directed on bottle. Is this safe?

To stop dandruff: Dandruff will keep coming back. To clear it up, use a shampoo containing selenium sulfide at least twice weekly until it clears; then once weekly to prevent dancruff from recurring. If this otc solution doen't work, there are shampoos containing anti-fungal agents available by prescription, that are used the same way.
