Can a small, solid, ovarian tumor still rupture or twist? I'm experiencing pelvic pain and am wondering if this is the cause.

Hard to say: It would depend. Benign ovarian masses can have all types go growth rates. I suspect that you mean a cancer if malignant it's growth depends on the grade. Not the same: Ovarian torsion caused by twisting on blood vessels & usually fallopian tube cutting off blood supply to ovary. Partial cause could be ovarian cyst.
