Hemorrhoid rupture clots out went flat like norm visited ER they gave a shot then swelled back up like b4 only soreness now is this normal recovery?

Care of hemorrhoids: I agree about likely rupture. Hemorrhoids are a dilation and swelling of the expandable tissue around the rectal opening. Non operative treatment includes a bowel regimen (fiber, stool softeners, laxatives to goal of 2 soft bowel movements daily) local salves (prep h, desitin, anti fungals, ) and hygiene (shower, hair dryerdryer daily). I've been using a salve for treating hemorrhoids, and now instead of a "ball" there is more like a "hole", is that "normal"?

I am 20weeks pregnant and have hemorrhoid. What should I do I was having painful bawel movement then follow by non stop diarrhea liquid with blood ?
