I have cervical rupture. Can i do exercises with dumb- bells, and if i am allowed to do , which exercises are they?

Would a ruptured cyst cause pain below the right rib cage to the back and lots of clear cervical mucus?
Possible: The cervical mucus becomes profuse and egg white like at ovulation when the follicle cyst the egg has been growing in ruptures. If there is a small blood vessel in the area and some bleeding it can cause pain called Mittleschmertz but this is not usually in the right upper quadrant.The pain you describe sounds more like gallbladder problems. Hmmmm. : Let's see. You had preterm labor at 29 weeks with twins and are pregnant with triplets? I'd go for cerclage given the risk of an incompetent cervix is present with 3 babies.
