If you mean a herniated disk in your neck then anything like that should be done with the advice of your doctor and under the supervision of a physical therapist,at least at the beginning. Possible: The cervical mucus becomes profuse and egg white like at ovulation when the follicle cyst the egg has been growing in ruptures. If there is a small blood vessel in the area and some bleeding it can cause pain called Mittleschmertz but this is not usually in the right upper quadrant.The pain you describe sounds more like gallbladder problems.
