I have two ovarian cyst that have ruptured and caused stomach infections. Would it have an impact on my fertility and future pregnancy?
It might: Depends on cause, treatment (surgery?), etc. Maybe tests already were done or planned to evaluate for fallopian tube damage (laparoscopy, ultrasound, etc). Discuss with your gynecolgist and/or infertility specialist. Ask if "infected ovarian cyst" was a euphemism for pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) or tubo-ovarian abscess, which may cause more tube damage than simple infected cysts. Good luck! ...Read more

I'm pretty sure I had an ovarian cyst rupture about 5 days ago. Ive experienced it before and have the same symptoms. When should I go to the ER?
Think I had ovarian cyst rupture 32 hrs ago. Symptoms improved @8hrs but am now bleeding moderately again and feeling pain/unwell. ER or see Dr in am?

Please discuss with : Your gyn, as your gyn knows how big and what type of cyst you have, most cysts do not rupture, but a sign would be sudden sharp pain where the cyst is located, and if it is bleeding you could become fiant or week so if u get any sudden sharp pain or increasing pain call your gyn asap and if u were my pt would have given u instructions and followup to make sure the cyst goes away and txment plan ! ...Read more
If you have symptoms: from ruptured cysts it would almost certainly be pain; BUT, it could range from severe pain to absolutely nothing at all - and everything in between.
