How long do allergy like flu last? Had the rash in lip, runny nose, sneezing for 4 days but had a longer cough for weeks. Only now these symps come.

Conservative therapy: The nasal symptoms and diaper rash are probably unrelated. If the runny nose is clear, then this is most likely of viral or allergic origin--so simple saline rinses can prove of usefulness.
