Diet and hydration?: The simplest explanation may be that you're not paying strict attention to how well you're supplying your body with proper nutrients & good HYDRATION as well as maybe too much bad stuff (pizza, pop, coffee, STUDY SPEED??). Body's reaction: It sounds like you may have been dehydrated from the diarrhea -that would explain the thirst and dizziness. Thirst 'lags behind' volume status-so you were already dehydrated by that time. Dizziness can occur when blood volume is low-remember your heart has to pump UP to the head. Not enough circulation there, you'll be dizzy. You maybe felt the heart working harder? Blood sugar higher b/c stress! ...Read more
