Great question! Gargling with salt water: 1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup very warm water, gargle and spit it out, repeat as often as you wish. May try Neti pot. May try tea with honey/lemon. Chicken soup has studies that show it helps, if you are not vegan. Get lots of rest, too. Wash hands often to avoid spreading virus to others.
