Avinza (morphine): This is just morphine. You have been on it a long time and at 120mg a day (i assume- as its a once a day med) you are on the upper end of what is deemed acceptable. You also have COPD - there is a risk of central sleep apnea and you should have had a sleep sat analysis done and depending on the result a sleep study.
