Intoxication? Yes: If this amount is ingested "weekly once, " then you are describing binge drinking. You are imbibing roughly 10 shots of rum in a shorter amount of time than your detoxification organs can clear it. How much Rum is good for health in a day & in a week? In one sitting, how much amount should not be exceeded?
Consider carefully: For men, 3oz per day is considered ok. For women, 1.5 oz per day. Binge drinking is always a bad idea. And I wouldn‘t say rum is good for health. The only connection I know is drinking wine and positive effect on cardiovascular health. Even then, there are more detrimental effects than health benefits from chronic alcohol use in general. If a diabetic person as a blood sugar content of 417 if given alcohol could be fatal to his health. Like causing death. He have been felling sick for a couple of days then I check his blood sugar and he was 417 then he drink some rum after a few minute
Diabetes and alcohol: As you probably know his blood sugar is very out-of-control. Whether or not he would die from alcohol he should not be drinking any alcohol. Deleterious effect: Without doubt, you don't have to drink any alcohol, and if you currently don't drink, don't start drinking for the possible health benefits. Get help cutting: Down, or stopping altogether would be my suggestion. Safe alcohol consumption in men is no more than 2 standard drinks (12 oz beer=5 oz. Wine= 1 1/2 oz distilled spirits) per day (and if 100 or 151 proof, it's essentially 2 drinks in one), no more than 14 per week and never more than 4 per occasion. Supposed to be very: Potent, if in fact that is what you are really getting. However, since outside of medical marijuana dispensaries, or shops in Colorado and Washington State that are regulated and have regular folks growing the stuff, you don't know what you are getting. Google this: There are many online resources for calorie count information that you can check. Rum is a sugar, and your answer depends on the "proof" or alcohol content plus residual sugar in it. What do you suggest if I'm 5.8 and my weight is 155 pounds. How much time does it take to get slim if I rum 4 km a day?
You are already at a: Reasonable weight for your height with a bmi about 23. Not sure what weight you are aiming for or why. However, it depends on how fast you are running, whether level or hills etc. If I assume running at 6 mph you would take 20 minutes to run 2 miles (approx 4 km) and would burn about 300 calories. This would result in about a 1 lb per week weight loss if you maintained current diet. Read more

Safe, not effective: There have been many claims for various vitamins and their ability to increase appetite. There is no reliable information to support this idea. It is known that vitamin deficiencies may decrease appetite, so possibly the correction of those deficiencies increases appetite.
