Rum Health Benefits
In my opinion none: Small amounts of alcohol in ANY form (beer, wine or distilled spirits) - ONE standard drink per day - may have a beneficial effect on raising High density lipoprotein (HDL), a form of cholesterol that is protective. However, it goes up far more with exercise. Amounts of alcohol over this do not benefit health - they harm it. More than 1 drink/day in women and 2/day in men is the limit of safe use
Kundalini: Kundalini is a psycho spiritual energy, the energy of consciousness which is thought to reside in the sleeping body, and is aroused either through spiratual discipline or spontaneously to bring a new state of consciousness.

Seaweed: Seaweed is wonderful for health! Seaweed is high in calcium. It contains lignans which are antioxidants. A great source of chlorophyll, it can help our bodies to detoxify. It has a chemical composition close to plasma. Their Sulfated Polysaccharides have anti-inflammatory effects. It provided bio-available Iron & soluble fiber. Possible: Similar to "pet therapy" which has proven to be beneficial and improve a persons mental health and well being, certainly the good feeling you may get from hugging a teddy bear may be helpful to you. It will not cure diseases though. Happy hugging.See 1 more doctor answer
