Rubber Band Wrist
I can't stop twisting the hairs on my head. Getting a bald spot on the right side. Tried a rubber band on the wrist to quit, didn't help. Suggestions?

I am 25 yrs old and I have checked my BP in an omron wrist band monitor & it was measuring 129/85 and showing pulse rate of 85. Is that normal?
Pretty much!: Generally we consider a normal BP as <140/90. The bottom number or diastolic pressure is a little on the high side and bears watching. I tell my patients BP monitoring is like taking a still photograph of a wave in the ocean: we are trying to attach a fixed variable on a dynamic one and so multiple snapshots over time provide a more realistic view of how ones BP is doing! ...Read more
