Pretty much!: Generally we consider a normal BP as <140/90. The bottom number or diastolic pressure is a little on the high side and bears watching. I tell my patients BP monitoring is like taking a still photograph of a wave in the ocean: we are trying to attach a fixed variable on a dynamic one and so multiple snapshots over time provide a more realistic view of how ones BP is doing! ...Read more

Tightening bandages, failure to ice and elevate, failure to move fingers if permitted, channeled to swelling and in turn tingling. Even so swelling can occur anyway despite doing these things.
