Stifness: If you sitting for long it is normal to feel little of "knee stiffness ". Also if you do not stretch on regular bases your back tight muslce tendons (" hamstrings") become very tight and it can cause discomfort when gets up after sitting. I think you need: A good examination. When reading your question I'm a little confused. You had pain in the leg, knee MRI, negative ultrasound but are complaining about a feeling around the ankle. I would ask for a clearer history....the ankle complaint maybe related to neuropathy. ...Read more
