Two years ago, I got severe dizziness when I woke up morning from bed and then I stand and I saw the whole room rotates in a circular motion and fast.
Dizziness: If this was a one time event it is likely that you had some pressure on your inner ear, generally caused by pressure in the middle ear arising from a clogged eustacian tube that is caused by dysfunction of that tube or congestion usually from allergies. Many times holding the nose closed with the fingers and gently blowing opens it. If you still have the symptoms ask your doctor about epley maneuver. ...Read more

If you think you do: If you think you are having an emergency, go to the emergency room. That sounds simplistic, but is should be. If you are worried there is something wrong with your health that is new and possibly life threatening, life altering, or very painful, go ask an EM doc. Fever: Different individuals tolerate fever differently. You can modulate your fever with aspirin, Acetaminophen or other antipyretics, take a tepid bath, etc. Fever does not generally produce neurological changes until it exceeds 105 f, but this is only in adults. Can being in a room that has heat turned up make body temp go up slightly? (Even if you're not sick)
Tough question...: The word "slightly" throws me a bit. Normal body temps range 97.7–99.5 °F. Hotter temps increase sweat to cool the body--in high humidity, sweat drips off the body rather than evaporating, providing no cooling effect. If it's hot outside, our bodies sweat and increase blood flow to the skin to cool down faster. So 90 degrees doesn’t feel cold to our 98.6 degree bodies. Our body temp is regulated. ...Read more
If you get hurt and it's not an emergency, what should you do? Can you still go to the emergency room?
I need to go to the emergency room but I am worried because I have drugs in my system, will I get in any trouble?
Please do not let your worries interfere with your health. There is only negative consequences if you wait.
If the drugs are part of the problem the er team should, in an open and honest and frank way, discuss this with you. You would be wise to be open up front about anything you have taken.
There should be no negative consequence to the truth for your health care or your life. ...Read more
Is it true that prostitutes come to motel rooms at night? Is my teen safe going to one with frineds after graduation ceremony?
That depends: In the United States, your friends won't be solicited aggressively in the motel room. However, your boy is almost a man now. There is nothing you can do to keep him from sexual exploring. The good example of you own life is all you can give him. Try to "protect" him, and he'll resent you -- and rightly so. He'll make mistakes. You may find out. Forgive him. Be proud that he's on his own now. ...Read more

Depends almost: Entirely on the location of the emergency department. Busy metropolitan areas have fairly steady censuses throughout the day and evening.
