I'm 23 and was wondering if rock star energy drinks were safe for consumption once a day for some one my age nothing added in it??

Not doing it: Energy drinks are simply high doses of caffeine, which is not good for people in excess. Energy and stamina do not come out of a pill bottle, or for that matter 5 cups of coffee, although that can be a temporary solution. This is debatable: A lot of energy drinks contain too much sugar. The energy boost often comes from added caffeine. There are many other ingredients that are not necessarily regulated and have varying degrees of effects or side effects.
